This machine is designed for welding the generator regulator of automobile, Welding Object: to weld the outlet foot on the commutator base plate with the lead out foot on commutator chip of regulator, welding Process： FI ex Lin k electrostatic proof conveyer line conveys the work piece to the welding position, when the machine detects the work piece to weld, it will give out the instruction to FANUC robot, the robot gets the work piecefor welding, after welding is finished and qualified, the robot will put the work piece on the assembly line. MIYACHI weld control system monitors the whole welding process, the moni-toring data include: displacementamount, welding pressure, current and voltage, when these date are changed, the machine will send out the alarm and instruct the robot to stop welding and discard the poor product into the reject box, meanwhile, the machine has the Laser cooling water system with large power, which greatly improves the welding stability, and this machine is the only welding assembly line on the international level at home. |
